After effects

Got back our promo results today. It is not the actual results in which the common test and mid-year are added.....we just got the paper back. I managed to pass GP. I managed to get a D for chinese which was shocking to me because I did not even touch chinese at all. I manage to pass the rest of the subjects except math. I got a U-grade for math. I hate math, Why did I take it? It seems that no matter how hard I try I never seem to pass math...why? I really hate math,why must we be forced into taking a contrasting subject? If I did not take math I would have to choose a science subject instead....which is just as painful. Ever since making the mistake of taking pure sciences in secondary school,I made up my mind to never touch those irritating/killer subjects ever again! Yet, here I am being forced by MOE to take a stupid contrasting subject in the name of a holistic education. No matter how badly I am doing in Literature,History or Economics....I can never really bring myself to hate these subjects. After all they are rather interesting with perhaps the exception of Economics. I don't hate Economics neither do I like it. Well, whatever it is, I guess I should just accept fate, accept reality and start doing something about my math before getting a U-grade in A'levels becomes a reality. Guess I'll force myself to do all those retarded math practises during the November and December holidays.

Wanted to duy Tsubasa Chronicles book 5 today but somehow I bought bubble tea and Mai Ya Tang instead. Well, I'll be buying book 5 next week. Woohoo am looking forward to it. That reminds me next week there will be OP . Damn, promos are over yet there still many things left to be done. PW and Chinses...useless subjects.

Resident Evil

I was somehow convinced to watch Resident Evil Extinction yesterday. It was not bad. I really had a great time and am convinced that 1A02 really rock!

After the movie we met Jiayi and Caroline. If I am not wrong this picture was taken outside John Little. Went to eat dinner at the Food Court. After which we went to Daiso. It was an overall fun and tiring day.

The Resident Evil movie is very different from the game. In the game Carlos did not die and ended up with Jill. However in the movie Jill simply vanished after Resident Evil Apocalypse and Carlos died. Most importantly, I don't remember any Alice in the game however in the movie she's the main character. Furthermore after the Raccoon city incident, the Umbrella co. actually went bankrupt as the US government shut it down or something(not sure about that) but in the movie it's still rich and powerful.

Resident Evil 5 is the latest in the Resident Evil game series. It will be playable on PS3 and XBOX 360.

Bowling

Woohoo good news!!! School has been shorten today and cancelled tomorrow because of some H2 math problems.

Went bowling with Gillian,Sarah,Jacqueline,Alyya,Tong Pin,Kai Xiang,Kai Lin,Joanna and Jeremy....did I miss anyone else? Tong Pin,Alyya and I did not play,though Tong Pin did play the second round. Jacq let me bowl once though using her slot.Thanks Gal! I manage to hit 9 pins down....this is what they call beginner's luck. After all today or rather yesterday, since it's like 1 plus in the morning, is a super lucky day!!! ^-^ Everyone bowled well. It was really fun! I think I'll play the next time.

Botanic

Went to Botanic today. Supposed to be there by 7:30am but we got lost and reached at 8am instead. The place was really humid and I was dying of thirst. I have to say the place was not all that bad.

We were dismissed at 8:30am...so in other words the whole activity lasted only about 30 minutes.......what a waste of time. Went to Takashimaya after that with the class. I left at 11am to go the library...no, not to study! To borrow some fictional books. It has been so long since I let my mind wonder into the a world of fantasy.

I am going to finish watching xxxHolic soon. It is a real good anime.The people have really long arms and legs though. I missed Clamp's old drawing. The storyline is good. If you are still new to animation I recommend you watch this. It's really wonderful. I find it very funny. I would rate the anime 8/10, it's not a perfect score because there are some unnecessary episodes.

Here's a summary on the story:

The series' protagonist, Kimihiro Watanuki, is a high school student who is continually plagued by supernatural monsters (youkai) and spirits which are magically attracted to him. The creatures are invisible to all but him, and as a result he feels extremely burdened by them. When he quite literally stumbles into a shop that grants wishes, his life changes drastically.

Exams are over!!!

Weeeeee!!!Freedom!!!!

Wooohooo the exams are over!!!! Yes!!!!! Enjoy enjoy!!!! Play video games,watch Anime,read manga,hang out with friends,watch movies,running,try baking(maybe),DRAW!!! and of course catch up on my sleep. =)

So how did I do for my promos? Well at least I know I'll be getting a U-grade for my all time 'favourite' subject,math. I just hope that I'll be able to pass the rest and get promoted.

On Friday, I was somehow convinced by Gillian and Sarah to go bowling. Anyway, I went to Sarah house first as I was afraid that once I am at home I will be too lazy to go out again. Watched Ghost Train at her house...I don't know, I felt like the show was somewhat retarded. Playing with Sarah's baby cousin was fun. I love it when he smile!! Sooooo cute!!!Kawaii!!!

Anyway, after playing with her baby cousin, we set off for bowling. Upon reaching the place we found out that the place was closed....what the hell!!! I was like dying of thirst!

So, we went all the way back to Kovan. I bought two bubble tea and went home....I was too tired and sleepy. Sarah and Gillan went bowling at Kovan in the end. Can you believe it? That whole trip from Kovan and back to Kovan was like 6 hours. @.@

I bought book 4 of Tsubasa Chronicles!!!! Still a long way to go though.......

Well SEA History is done. I have no comments about it other than I seriously hope that I can pass. I will be having Literature exam this afternoon at 1pm and I have not even started on it. Not to mention I have two books to go through. Will update more after promos.


I am definitely sure that Fay is my second favourite character after Kuro -wan wan. He's cute and interesting.
